Term: Approximately 8 months per year, based on the operating season and business needs Compensation: $25 per hour + commission Schedule: In-season employment with the potential to return in future seasons based on performance and availability Composite Deck Shop is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our London location in sales and support daily operations in a quick-paced retail environment focused on premium decking and outdoor living materials. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to keep both the showroom and warehouse organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Maintain a strong understanding of premium decking, railing, and outdoor product offerings and provide expert guidance to customers Manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize excess inventory Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling,



and general facility upkeep Maintain the warehouse to ensure it is clean, organized, and operating efficiently Prepare, assemble, and load customer orders Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers to encourage repeat business and referrals Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Requirements Minimum 4 years of previous sales experience Previous experience selling premium products is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in building materials, decking, construction supply, or a related industry is an asset Ability to prepare, assemble, and load orders Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Occasional forklift operation required Please apply with your resume and a brief message outlining your relevant experience.
