This role oversees all core finance functions, including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, planning, and financial risk management, while supporting long-term growth and operational excellence.The successful candidate will bring a balanced, collaborative leadership style, someone who is strategic and forward-thinking, strong in financial structuring, an effective negotiator, and capable of building a high-performing finance team. This role requires cooperative leadership and a responsive, partnership-oriented approach.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Financial Strategy & PlanningLead long-range financial planning, multi-year forecasting, and scenario modeling to support sustainable growthPartner with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and enterprise decision-makingSupport corporate structuring, integrations, and expansion initiatives as requiredOversee all accounting,
