and risk frameworksLead multidisciplinary project delivery teamsFacilitate client presentations and project reportingMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultantsSupport new project pursuits and business development initiativesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 8 years of capital project management experienceExperience managing healthcare, long‐term care, or large residential construction projectsExperience representing owners or institutional clientsDegree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction managementStrong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery modelsExperience leading projects through planning, procurement, and construction phasesExperience managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder teamsPMP, P.Eng., CET, or Registered Architect designation considered a strong assetCompensation & Work ModelBase Salary: $97,920 - $134,640 CAD. Performance‐based bonus opportunities available. Work Model: Hybrid.Location & TravelLocation: British Columbia (Lower Mainland).
