THE ROLEAs a Wealth Management Assistant, you will be at the center of the practice, working directly with our Advisors and responsible for providing complete administrative support. You must be energized by people, detail oriented, and take pride in doing things right. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated, highly organized, with strong communication skills and a passion for client service.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport the Advisors with ongoing client service, often as the first point of contactManage administrative requirements for account openings, transfers, KYC updates, and transactionsCoordinate client meetings, preparation of materials,
