Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) and Registered Nurses (RN's) help seniors rekindle passions and interests while staying at home. We call it Happier Aging. If you are looking for a work environment where you can connect with your clients, get to know them, and help them live their best life, we want to talk to you!Wage RangesRNs (homecare): $43 - 50 per hourWhat We OfferCompetitive wages24/7 Support available to assist Clients and our Care TeamFlexible schedule (you tell us when you want to work!) with home visits ranging from 2 - 8 hours. Most visits are 2 hours long and are for wound care, injections, a Nurse Wellness Assessment or complex Nursing tasks such as tube feeds. and MissionAt least 2 days each week of availability totaling 10hrs per week of availability to workExecute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer, including all nurses duties plus personal careComplete records and documentation accurately and thoroughlyProvide delegations of task or other training to care teamAssess clients needs and report back to Care Designer with recommendation or complex care plansFunction within the limits of your scopeRequirementsCurrent RN license in BCWound care or palliative care experience is requiredTechnically savvy with mobile apps and G‐suiteTB testCriminal Record CheckCurrent First Aid with CPRExcellent written and verbal English skills.
