Starting as a Team Lead, the successful candidate will later transition into an Associate or Project Director role later. Only Revit based professionals experienced in large scale distribution centers, warehouses (300k+++ SF) & cold storage projects will be considered.The RoleReporting to an Associate, they require a seasoned qualified who enjoys leading projects,



building client relationships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.They Require An Architectural Professional WithStrong Revit skills on technical construction projects4+ years working in a BIM environmentPart 3 OBC experience gained on large scale (500k SF) distribution, warehouse or cold storage projectsGroup F2 and F3 occupancies; code analyses for largesprinklered industrial buildingsStrong understanding of fire separation for mixed use industrial/office occupanciesKnowledge of stacked racking, conveyer belts, mezzanines and elevated platform areasKnowledge of building envelope systems including precast and insulated metal panels, vapor and condensation control; freeze/cooler assembliesExperience working in Revit on technical projects across multiple stakeholdersWhat Our Client OffersA leadership role with upward mobility4 weeks of vacation; 5 personal daysGood benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
