In this role, you’ll own our creator supply across paid advertising, organic social, and Tik Tok Shop affiliates. You’ll source and build relationships with creators through Tik Tok, creator agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach, while managing the process from onboarding through content delivery.Tik Tok Shop experience is essential. You should already understand how Tik Tok Shop and its creator/affiliate ecosystem work and be comfortable recruiting, onboarding,



and managing affiliate creators.You’ll also manage a small team of Virtual Asssistants who support creator outreach, affiliate management, and day‑to‑day operations.
