This includes managing the Operations team, staffing the overnight stock team, collaborating with the operations leadership team, and ensuring the overall execution of store operations.ResponsibilitiesLead the overall operations of the store and ensure all processes are completed per company standards.Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting, and guarantee timely completion of processes.Advise on visual merchandising concepts and oversee on-stage visuals to meet corporate standards.Coordinate cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and providing coaching or escalation as needed.Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.Oversee performance management for the Operations team,



delivering timely feedback and follow‑up.Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and customers on the sales floor.Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.QualificationsOne to three years of similar experience at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.Strong store operations skills.Effective time management and problem‑solving skills.Compensation & BenefitsThe compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 and CAD$26.10 per hour.
