Join as an early operations generalist, working side by side with senior leadership on important initiatives that have no assigned owner. The scope covers hiring, growth, customer rollout and internal reporting, using modern automation tools along the way.What you’ll doTake high-priority special projects from kickoff to completion across hiring, growth and customer rollout.Build automated, AI-driven workflows for customers and internal teams, and convert lessons learned into reusable templates.Define, monitor and report the core business metrics the company depends on.Help new customers get set up and active by configuring workflows on the software platform.Move between the most urgent business needs as they arise, such as pricing, sales operations and customer presentations.RequirementsWhat we’re looking for0 to 5 years of experience in an operations, consulting,
