digital assets as well as Health and Safety regulationsEnsure the brand values are consistently represented through compliance to all policies and proceduresEnsure that the customer service standards and product knowledge programs are implemented on an on-going basisPromote a work setting based on mutual respect and teamwork that align with the corporate valuesMaintain a positive team work environmentOperational Efficiency:Ensure compliance with all policies and proceduresEnsure timely and seamless execution of all company initiatives and programsExecute store opening and closing procedures including counting till funds, completing cash reconciliations, opening, and closing registers, securing facility, and database management (ensuring financial accuracy)Accuracy in worked time recordingAccuracy and proficiency in cash management and use of POS systemOn going desire to learn and update oneself on the product knowledgeSkills and Abilities Required:Exceptional customer service skillsProven ability to work with retail operating systemsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong work ethicsDemonstrate critical thinking and logicStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a loyal client baseExcellent time management skillsPositive attitudeAttention to detailAbility to lead a team as well as work as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
