and safety requirements.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.Lead, mentor, and support project coordinators and junior team members.Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Requirements8+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction.Strong background in roads, highways, bridges, mining infrastructure, ports, or similar large-scale civil projects.Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project performance.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
