The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda is seeking a Part time Shift Lead LPN for Grace Manor in Edmonton. You will lead the care team on the floor, ensure plans are executed and maintain high nursing standards within the Salvation Army policy framework.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, support staff and families, and participate in quality improvement, safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication and resident-centered care in a faith-based setting.
