This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about basketball, enjoys working with children, and can create a positive, active, and supportive learning environment.The TAC Basketball camp program is designed to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of the game while helping more experienced players refine advanced techniques. Using the 5-Star TAC Basketball Development System, instructors will guide campers through progressive skill development, goal setting, and performance improvement in a fun and structured camp setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead basketball camp sessions in a secure, engaging, and age-appropriate environmentTeach and develop core basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting, passing, defence, footwork, positioning, and strategySupport skill development through drills, repetition, gameplay, and structured practiceProvide individualized feedback to help campers improve technique, confidence, and game understandingApply the 5-Star TAC Basketball Development System to track progress, motivate campers, and support goal settingAdapt instruction to suit a range of ages, abilities, and skill levelsSupervise campers throughout activities, transitions, and breaks to ensure safety and positive behaviourAssist with daily camp setup, cleanup,
