Invistec has an exciting opportunity for anIntermediate Land Development Engineering Designer.In this position, you will work in partnership with other disciplines on a variety of small to large scale residential and commercial projects. Your role will be to bring designs forward to approval and construction. We are a firm that believes in taking care of developing our people, we strive to foster a fun, supportive and rewarding work environment.What you’ll be doing:Provide design support for various projects including municipal engineering, site grading, storm, sanitary and road designs.Prepare Drawings for DP/DSSP submission.Prepare Subdivision Design Drawings.Technical analysis of storm and sanitary design sheets and modelling softwareAssist in preparation of Opinion of Probable Costs (OPC’s)Assist in preparation of tenders and contract documents.Preparation of plan of record drawings.Site InspectionWork with other team members to ensure schedules,
