We are seeking a versatile Application Support & Development Engineer with robust hands‑on experience in .NET, SQL Server, Web API, and Microsoft Azure. This is not a traditional development‑only role. The position combines application development, production support, operational maintenance, ticket‑driven work, and technology lifecycle management across our application landscape. The ideal candidate should possess a strong support attitude, ownership mindset, troubleshooting expertise, and the flexibility to work across development, maintenance, incident resolution, and operational activities while ensuring application stability and service excellence. In this role, you will Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure services. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring service availability and stability. Handle ticket‑based work including incidents, service requests, defects, changes, and maintenance activities. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems. Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and backend services. Create and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions,



and database objects. Support application deployments, releases, patching, and environment maintenance activities. Participate in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) initiatives, including upgrades, remediation, and end‑of‑life transitions. Support vulnerability remediation and security compliance efforts in partnership with infrastructure and security teams. Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Monitor application and Azure resource health and proactively address issues. Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide timely communication, status updates, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination. Take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement activities.
