and Cx Admin/Ops SupportPerform or oversee commissioning field reviews during construction and issue Field Observation Reports as requiredReview, challenge, approve, and take accountability for commissioning documentation and resultsManage commissioning-related communication with owners, consultants, and contractorsEnsure deficiencies, issues, and risks are documented and closedRequired Capabilities Strong systems-level understanding of building mechanical, electrical, controls, safety/security, and communications systemsAbility to evaluate and direct technical work performed by othersComfortable managing multiple projects without micromanagementSound judgment under schedule and client pressureIn accordance with the Employment Standards Act (Ontario), we do not use AI tools to screen or filter résumés.
