About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310S Licensed Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and contributing to a productive, team-oriented shop environment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostics & Repair: Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs to manufacturer standards. Maintenance Services: Complete routine services including brakes, suspension, engine work, and preventative maintenance. Efficiency & Productivity: Maintain strong productivity levels while ensuring repairs are completed right the first time. Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections and road tests to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Documentation: Complete detailed repair orders, including accurate notes for work performed and recommendations.
What We're Looking For: Certification: Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (required). Experience: Proven experience in a dealership or independent shop environment. Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems, including electrical and computerized components. Tools: Own a complete set of tools required for the role. Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship. Digital Literacy: Experience with DMS systems (PBS) and digital inspection tools is an asset.
