As a Campus Store Leader in Canada, work closely with a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager to oversee daily operations and foster team development. Your focus will be on executing promotions, maximizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By maintaining store standards and training employees, you will contribute significantly to Folletts mission of supporting students across 1,200 locations.

Requirements:
• Associates Degree or equivalent
• 0-5 years relevant retail experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic computer skills and minimal travel required
