Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and experiencedTruck Driver - Class 3to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight and heavy equipment across various locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service. The position offers an opportunity to work with a agile team in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a range of skills including forklift operation and basic automotive repair.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate Class 3 commercial trucks for the transportation of freight, heavy equipment, and other materials.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols.Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reporting for all shipments.Assist with minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness.Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies during transportation duties.Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients,



and team members regarding schedules or delivery issues.Adhere to all safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling.SkillsValid Class 3 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.Experience operating forklifts and handling freight logistics efficiently.Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair skills is preferred.Strong understanding of safety procedures related to commercial driving and heavy equipment use.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance purposes.Ability to work independently while managing time effectively during routes.Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
