WCAP Works is a Halifax-based agency that builds websites and runs Google Ads for local contractors and home-service businesses.
What you’ll do
- Our outbound campaigns reach local business owners. When one replies interested, the lead is assigned to you.
- You contact them, run the sales call, and close the deal.
- We handle the contract, invoicing, and all the work after the sale.
- No cold calling.
Pay
- Commission only, no base pay.
- 15% of every one-time sale
- 10% of each client’s monthly fees for their first 12 months
- Paid monthly by e-transfer, based on payments clients have made.
Requirements
- 1+ year of closing or consultative sales experience
- Based in Canada
- Available at least 8 hours a week within weekdays, 9am to 5pm Atlantic Time
- Reply to current leads within 30 minutes during your working hours
