OverviewJob Title:Full Time Sales AssociateReports To:Store ManagerLocation:Oshawa Centre, Oshawa ONSalary:$17.60/hr + commissionRequirements:32-40hr/week availabilityWe are actively hiring for this position.ResponsibilitiesActively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.Consistently achieve all key business metrics.Offer a best-in-class customer experience.Participate in documented coaching conversations.Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory.Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk.Complete all required training modules and tasks.Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems.Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends)
