Early Childhood Educator - infant and junior toddler roomThe Early Childhood Educator will:We are seeking an experienced Infant Educator who brings strong knowledge and practical expertise in early childhood care. This role requires someone with proven experience, confidence in their practice, and a passion for supporting children’s development during this critical stage.The ideal candidate will have the ability to:Plan and set up developmentally appropriate activities that foster growth and learning.Effectively manage and guide a classroom while maintaining a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment.Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting while staying responsive to the individual needs of infants.Work as a member of an early learning and childcare team, applying sound childcare knowledge and practice ensuring the needs of all the children are met and that the childcare team is functioning effectively.Provide high quality early learning, and childcare in a group setting that responds to diverse needs and promotes the optimum physical, social, emotional, intellectual, cultural, and creative development of the children in our care.Develop collaborative partnerships with the children's families that honour their role as the child's primary caregiver, respect their parenting practices,
