As we continue to expand our bridge portfolio — we are seeking an exceptional Bridge Engineer to join our team and help us deliver innovative, efficient, and beautiful pedestrian bridges in timber, steel and other materials.About the roleAs a Bridge Engineer at StructureCraft, you will work alongside our Chief Engineer and engineer-build teams on the engineering, detailing, and delivery of footbridges across North America. You will contribute to advancing bridge engineering methods, help develop bridge-specific best practices and workflows, and play an active role in making these bridges efficient, constructible, and elegant.This role is ideal for a structural engineer who is technically rigorous, values buildability, is passionate about timber, hybrid and advanced structural systems, and wants to work on highly unique projects that push boundaries while staying grounded in first-principles engineering.What you'll doExecute structural analysis, design, and detailing for pedestrian bridge projectsSupport development of bridge engineering standards, and design toolsAssist BD and estimating efforts with early-stage engineering concepts and feasibility studies in different forms and materials.Coordinate with project management, drafting, fabrication,
