and admin regarding deliveriesInvestigate delivery issues with the warehouse team and log remarks in the Shipped SchedulePrepare and distribute the Shipped Schedule to sales reps and support staff shortly after the last driver leavesSend separate, individual text updates to the sales rep and the customer for any "not ready" jobsThroughout the DayActively monitor and manage OptimoRoute and the A-1 Delivery LineProvide excellent, responsive customer service on all delivery-related communicationAssist drivers with route changes or edits in real timeBuild the next day's delivery schedule: enter duration, priority, and review details, import into OptimoRoute, and build logical routes based on material and locationPrint and organize route sheets/driver paperworkAdd late-arriving orders from sales or admin to the tentative schedule (if received before 4 PM)Prepare and send the Tentative Delivery Schedule by 4 PM, noting any jobs that won't be ready and whyPay: $20.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental careExtended health careOn-site parkingLanguage:Punjabi (preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
