Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by supplying superior rental equipment, transportation services and product support.Position SummaryReporting to the Branch Manager, the Rental Technician, will be responsible for working independently and as part of a larger crew to mobilize, demobilize, and service oilfield rental equipment in both field and branch setting.This position is fulltime and is based out of our Fox Creek location.Time Commitment5 days on, 2 days off, on call as required. You may be required from time to time to work outside these hours and away from home base as the need arises. Schedule may be altered at the discretion of management.Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):The Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting clients identify equipment needs; equipment repair and maintenance, rig up/out of rental equipment, processing equipment returns, completing inspections and necessary equipment cleaning.Utilizing a superior understanding of the client's needs to provide exceptional customer service to form good working relationships with clientsHave experience working on a wide variety of surface rental equipment including tanks, pumps, wellsite accommodations,



etc.Demonstrate ongoing commitment to high quality product and customer satisfactionLook for and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and reduce company costsTroubleshoot, solve and repair equipment in the field or ask competent coworker to assist to solve issues quicklyAssist service personnel with SOP and technical supportParticipate in daily toolbox talk, weekly operations meetings and monthly safety meetingsAssist management in day to day operations in all aspects for TOR requirements, including other items not mentioned aboveThe Rental Technician will be responsible to take direction from the Branch Manager (Dispatch)Have Class 5 license and acceptable driver's abstractGood troubleshooting skills with attention to detailMechanically inclinedHave a commitment to safe work practicesAre able to pass a pre-employment as well as ongoing pre-access testing as requiredAre career-oriented and customer-focusedAble to work alone and in a group crew settingProficiency with wrenches/screwdrivers/impact driversWorking ConditionsFlexible and willing to be on call some weekendsWilling to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditionsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageGenerous Employee Stock Savings Plan – 150% employer match contributionCommitted to employee advancement and educationWe thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
