We are seeking a Business Technology Project Manager to provide leadership across a portfolio of critical applications, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and exposure to Workday Finance and HR environments. This is not a traditional PMO or project coordination role. We are looking for a technically minded leader who can oversee enterprise application operations, manage vendors and AMS partners, drive governance, resolve complex issues, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The successful candidate will support both CRM and Workday initiatives, with Dynamics 365 CRM being the primary area of focus.What You'll Be Doing:Lead technology initiatives and operational governance across Dynamics 365 CRM, Workday, and related enterprise platformsOversee Application Management Services (AMS) vendors and hold partners accountable to service levels, KPIs, and delivery commitmentsDrive issue resolution, escalation management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, releases, and operational improvementsSupport ongoing CRM transformation initiatives as well as Workday post-go-live operations and enhancementsManage enterprise application roadmaps, service delivery, and platform stabilityLead governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communicationsPartner with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to support ongoing transformation programsEnsure integrations, data flows,
