As a Seasonal Property Support member, you will perform essential tasks in maintaining properties across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Your responsibilities include logging snow removal actions and reporting any issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs via Site Foto's application
• Report maintenance and snow issues to management
• Execute other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
• Available for weekend and holiday shifts
• Minimum one year general labor experience
• Technology-savvy with a valid driver’s license
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
