As a Banquet Server, you play a key role in guest satisfaction at Pomeroy Lodging. You'll be responsible for setting up banquet spaces according to specific guidelines, serving food and beverages, and ensuring areas are cleaned and prepared for the next event. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up banquet spaces and table arrangements
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Break down banquet displays and clean areas after events
• Ensure compliance with food and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain optimal first impressions of guest spaces
Requirements:
• Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferable
• ProServe certification required
• Must be tech-savvy
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible with work shifts, including nights and weekends
