Qualifications Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred) Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset but not required Valid Driver's License Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred General mechanical/plumbing knowledge and aptitude Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers,
