Responsible for washing and cleaning all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment. Will also be responsible for general kitchen duties including but not limited to stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, placing clean items to storage areas and general maintenance of the kitchen area.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standardsEnsures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage areaAssumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishwareKeep dish room clean and organizedResponsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is lowMaintain personal health and sanitation standardsMust be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelinesEnsure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conductMinimum Qualifications1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment,
