We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Technician/Fabricator to join our team, working at the cutting edge of physical product development.If you are passionate about hands-on work, enjoy solving mechanical challenges, and take pride in precision craftsmanship, this role is for you.What You Will DoFabrication & Assembly: Build, assemble, and fabricate mechanical prototypes and final products from engineering drawings and schematics. This includes a variety of materials such as metals, composites, and plastics.Prototyping: Operate a range of tools and equipment, including manual and power tools, machining equipment, 3D printers, and welding/soldering tools to create functional prototypes.Product Testing: Assist the engineering team in setting up and conducting tests on components and assemblies, providing valuable feedback for design iterations.Wiring & Integration: Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component assembly to integrate electronic and electrical systems into mechanical enclosures and frames.Quality Control: Inspect and verify components to ensure they meet specified dimensions and quality standards.Workspace Maintenance:



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.What We Are Looking ForA college diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Manufacturing Technology, Machining, Mechatronics, or a related trade.2 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and prototyping, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to read and accurately interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics, including GD&T.Proficiency with various hand and power tools.
