We are seeking a Senior QE + AI Engineer with around 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering. The role focuses on building AI-powered solutions to compare business process maps/workflows, identify gaps, and improve QE analysis across enterprise applications.Experience with enterprise planning, financial planning, or performance management applications.Automate ingestion and analysis of business process maps and workflows.Leverage Generative AI/LLMs to understand process steps, dependencies, decision points, and workflow relationships.Identify missing steps, workflow changes, business-rule differences, missing controls, inputs/outputs, dependencies, and process gaps.Build reusable automation for process-map ingestion, comparison, validation, and reporting.Generate structured AI-driven gap-analysis and comparison reports.Integrate process-map comparison into QE practices, test coverage, and risk-based testing.Implement human-in-the-loop validation for AI-generated findings.Improve prompts, comparison logic, evaluation criteria, and AI accuracy.Define quality metrics for gap detection, false positives/negatives, and automation effectiveness.Mentor QE engineers in AI-assisted quality engineering and automation practices.Required Skills & ExperienceAround 8 years of Quality Engineering, Testing, Test Automation,
