Marsh in Toronto, hybrid, seeks a hands-on Data Engineering Lead to direct a pod of engineers and contribute code. You will own delivery for priority initiatives in Marsh's Innovation & Data Office, mentoring engineers and ensuring quality. You will work with Engagement Leads and business stakeholders to translate problems into data solutions, driving CI/CD, data quality and lineage using SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks on AWS/Azure.
