including all related paperworkMaintaining client relationships and communicating company’s expectations in a transparent and professional mannerManaging on-boarding process for new customer accounts, to ensure all required paperwork is in order for service and billing purposesInvestigating and resolving business related complaintsGenerating and delivering reporting to customers as required, for their auditing and reporting purposesWorking closely with the Sales Manager to generate revenue and achieve long term sales goalsOther additional related duties as required by the Sales ManagerComplying with legal requirements and internal company policies and proceduresQualificationsCertificate or diploma in chemistryan assetOne to two years’ experience in an inside sales position an asset ( on the job training is provided )Knowledge of hazardous waste industry and chemical classificationan assetProven knowledge of MS Office, e-mail, Internet and CRM applicationsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSkills and AbilitiesStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skillsAbility to handle several tasks/projects simultaneously.Ability to handle confidential issues and information with discretionGood analytical skills and ability to exercise good judgmentAbility to interface with all associates and management at all levelsAevitas Inc. is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion in our work environment.
