This role involves developing PLC–based control systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring high‑performance automation solutions for production environments. LocationMississauga, ON Employment TypeFull–time, in office (some travel across Canada, USA, and Mexico required) Salary$85,000 to $110,000 a year. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement PLC–based control systems for custom automation equipment. Program PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and related automation components. Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues to ensure reliable performance. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams to meet technical and operational requirements.



Conduct system testing, validation, debugging, and optimization. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and automation documentation. Support installation, commissioning, and after‑sales service as required. QualificationsProficiency in PLC programming and HMI development. 2+ years of work experience with industrial robotics and automation equipment while being employed with a company that manufactures automation products. Solid understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and automation standards. Experience in s high‑volume production environment is required.
