This hands‑on contract role will lead the preparation, migration, validation, and reconciliation of financial and historical data and help ensure a controlled, accurate transition between systems. THE WORK Key responsibilities Review the current QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration plan, data structure, and implementation status. Extract, clean, organize, and validate financial and operational data from QuickBooks and other applicable sources. Prepare PowerBank's June 30, 2026 data using NetSuite's required data-import templates. Upload approved data into NetSuite and resolve import errors, mapping issues, and data-quality exceptions. Prepare detailed reconciliations between QuickBooks, source records, and NetSuite. Support parallel operation of QuickBooks and NetSuite throughout the first quarter following migration.
