Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care and medication administration
- Complete and communicate care assessments and plans
- Facilitate resident care conferences and team meetings
- Respond to significant changes or emergencies in conditions
- Educate residents and families on care plans Requirements:
- Current registration as an RPN in the province
- Experience in senior care environments preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Strong communication and time management skills
