Fronius Canada is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Order Processing team at our Mississauga head office.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain customer database in our ERP system (BaaN) and CRMPrepare sales and service quotationsCustomer sales / service order processing including coordination of shipments, order acknowledgement and invoicingHandling of claims (Customer Order Processing and Purchase)Handling the purchasing process (internal as well as external suppliers)Point of contact for questions regarding procurement and logistics and correspondence with dealers and suppliersSupport warehouse staffSupport marketing and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction through sales processOccasional overseas travel to our parent company for training / meetingOther duties as requiredQualificationsTechnical understanding and eagerness to learnWorking knowledge of ERP SystemStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRMAbility to work in a quick paced environment,
