The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from preconstruction through to completion, while managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.About the RoleAs the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of major institutional, commercial, and industrial construction projects. You will play a key leadership role in planning, execution, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.This role requires a proven project leader who can manage large teams, navigate complex project challenges, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle for large-scale ICI ground-up construction projects valued between $100 M and $300 MManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and overall financial performanceOversee project teams, including Project Managers, Coordinators, Superintendents, consultants, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, consultants, trades, and internal stakeholdersLead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution strategiesReview drawings, specifications, contracts,



and project documentationMonitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are achievedManage tendering, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administrationIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutionsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards, building codes, and company policiesLead project meetings and provide accurate reporting to senior leadershipSupport project closeout, deficiency management, turnover, and client handoverQualificationsProven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on large-scale ICI construction projectsStrong experience managing ground-up construction projects valued at $100 M+Background in institutional, commercial, or industrial construction is requiredExcellent understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controlsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage large project teams and multiple stakeholdersExperience working with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and senior leadershipStrong communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage complex project challenges in a fast-paced construction environmentPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is considered an assetGold Seal, PMP, P.
