In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our CRM platform, email campaigns, and ecommerce web application across multiple environments and devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to define test strategies, identify defects, and deliver high-quality digital experiences to our customers.
