You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:Oversee the receiving of all incoming products ensuring accuracy including brake coresOversee logistics to ensure product delivery including dispatching trucks and communicating with driversSchedule and assign picking, packing and dispatch staffManage warranty claims, vendor returns and special-order product returnsEnsure accurate and organized bin maintenance within the warehouseSupervise staff by following up on completed tasks, responding to changing workloads and monitoring operational goalsChampion FGI's safety culture, ensuring all staff follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE and conducting "toolbox talks" with staffAssist the Warehouse Manager with coaching and leading staff to follow FGI's customer service standards and core valuesSupport annual inventory countsAssist the Warehouse Manager with recruitment, selection, training and orientation of new warehouse staffMay have direct reports to manage and evaluateOther duties as assignedWhat We Require:Five years of progressively responsible warehouse experience including two years of supervisory experience, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificateProficiency with Microsoft Office,
