In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Process Analysts and work with various Divisions as required. You will review system implementations and ensure that processes created are best in practice.



You will challenge the status quo and bring system and process knowledge to ensure that teams throughout TVO are working efficiently. You will work collaboratively with various Divisions and stakeholders to understand their workflows, challenges and look for opportunities to enhance their daily work that benefits the organization and external stakeholders.How you will make an impact- Manage a team of 3 Process Improvement Analysts, providing direction, prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives.- Lead process improvement efforts across the organization to support operational effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement.- Own and enforce process governance and documentation standards, ensuring SOPs, workflows, and controls are current, consistent, and followed.- Analyze current-state operations, data, and performance metrics to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support future‑state solutions.- Apply process improvement methodologies (BPMN, Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) to lead initiatives that deliver measurable operational and service outcomes.- Oversee requirements planning and management, including stakeholder engagement, prioritization, scope control, and traceability across initiatives.- Review and interpret KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into insights, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations for leadership.- Guide and support analysts in conducting requirements elicitation using a variety of techniques (workshops, interviews, documentation review, observation, etc.).- Lead continuous improvement projects from intake through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and change readiness.- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by clearly communicating findings, risks, progress, and outcomes in a concise,
