Ambulance is currently seeking a qualified Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) to join our team at the Rocky Mountain House Station . This permanent full time position offers a predictable and balanced shift schedule of four days on, followed by four days off . As an ACP with Associated Ambulance, you will be an essential part of our emergency medical response team, providing vital pre-hospital care and life-saving interventions to the community.
Assess patient conditions to determine the extent of injury or illness and immediate care requirements. Administer pre-hospital emergency medical care, including patient stabilization for ambulance transportation.
Work collaboratively with emergency medical personnel, emergency communications officers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Mandatory and Required Training – Up to date on all required certifications, including: Medical Communications Protocol (MCP) Strong commitment to quality patient care, safety, and professionalism , aligning with Associated Ambulance’s core values. Ability to work effectively within an interprofessional healthcare team . Ability to remain calm and perform efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations .
