We are Making Sustainability Happen.As our new Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for stamping drawings and schematics, contributing to backfill plant design, commissioning instrumentation and industrial control systems and providing technical leadership and mentorship to staff within the team. You’ll play a key role on our busy and growing Sudbury team.ResponsibilitiesProvide E&I engineering technical support, working with teams to deliver solutionsPrepare design deliverables, including datasheets, process control, diagrams, plot plans, control schematics, and engineering work packages, including installation details, control panel design, and termination detailsDefine the scope of work, budget and schedule along with the teamConduct detailed reviews and authenticate deliverablesParticipate in project meetings between engineering, project management, operations, and clientsExtensive experience leading and delivering instrumentation and controls engineering within mining or heavy industrial sectorsStrong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and process automation platformsProven ability to develop control narratives, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and I/O listsExperience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational support in industrial environmentsStrong understanding of safety systems, hazardous area classification,
