The successful candidate will have a strong heavy civil background, hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, and the ability to lead a crew in a safe and productive work environment. Essential Responsibilities Supervise a crew of equipment operatorsAssist with planning and coordinating daily site activitiesCommunicate project priorities, work plans, and safety expectations to crew membersPromote and enforce Ledcor's safety culture, policies, and proceduresConduct toolbox talks, daily safety meetings, and site hazard assessmentsComplete daily reports, production tracking, and other required documentationQualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory roleMust have reclamation experience (dump site setup, soil stripping, windowing and material stockpiling)Must have experience in haul road constructionMust have experience operating equipment: haul trucks (777/785), dozers (D6 to D10) and excavators (20-80 T)Leadership training is highly preferredGround Disturbance 201 certificationMust have a valuable attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a teamMust successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testingMust be available for day / night shiftsWork Conditions 14 days on / 7 days off, working 12 hours per dayCamp accommodation providedTravel allowanceCharter flights from Edmonton / CalgaryExtended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC AlbertWork performed outdoors in varying weather and ground conditionsAdditional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas,
