Junior Project Manager / PMO Coordinator – Construction, Utilities & Industrial ProjectsAbout the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager / PMO Coordinator to join our growing team and support construction, utilities, and industrial projects.This role is a great fit for someone who already has some experience in either:project coordination / PMO / reporting / project controls, and wants to gain more exposure to construction and field projects, orconstruction, utilities, or industrial project coordinator or junior PM, and wants to grow into project management and PMO work.You'll work closely with senior project managers, field teams, contractors, engineers, and clients to help keep projects organized, moving forward, and well-coordinated.This is a hands-on role with a mix of project coordination, reporting, PMO support, construction exposure, and client interaction. Ideal for someone looking to level up their career and grow into a Project Manager role over time.What You'll Be DoingProject CoordinationSupport day-to-day coordination of construction and industrial projectsHelp track schedules, deliverables, actions, and project updatesCoordinate with contractors, vendors, field teams, engineers, and clientsAttend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action itemsHelp manage project documentation and reportingSupport procurement tracking, material coordination, and logisticsAssist with issue tracking, change requests, and project follow-upsSupport field coordination activities and occasional site visitsPMO & Reporting SupportHelp maintain project trackers, dashboards,
