We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the growing team at Elite Travel Management. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and contributing to recent initiatives to help streamline our accounting and finance operations. More importantly, the successful candidate will play a part in Business Central (our new ERP system), virtual credit card technology, and the ever evolving industry of corporate travel.

Manage Elite Travel’s virtual payments program Day to day involvement with Microsoft Business Central Assist with client reports and reconciliation Respond to accounting and reporting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Partnering with, and learning from, an experienced network of professionals A competitive total rewards package with an employee benefits program that includes extended health coverage, a health spending account and an employee & family assistance program Post-Secondary education in accounting or finance Experience in the travel industry is an asset, though not required Health Spending Account ~3 weeks holidays to start ~ We all are shareholders at Elite Travel – shares in the company provided at year two! ~ A new office space complete with commercial grade gym, basketball courts, golf simulator, food trucks Additionally, you will access IATA industry travel benefits including airlines and hotel rates.
