Ubisoft, a world leader in the video game and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time accountant for its Finance department.

As part of the accounting team, this position is responsible for preparing financial statements for the Canadian studios. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, including analyzing balance sheet and income statement items, participating in special projects, prioritizing, working effectively under tight deadlines, and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, fast-paced work environment. Record journal entries, expense reclassifications and accruals as required.

Perform analyses and account reconciliations on balance sheets and income statements. Participate in head office monthly reporting (Hyperion Financial Management). Interco billing and reconciliation between local and parent company tools.

Participate in the preparation of half-yearly and annual audit documents.



Participate in all other tasks/projects assigned by management. Handle special projects as required. Degree/certificate(s) in accounting or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of accounting concepts. Practical experience of large-scale financial systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM) - an asset.
