We’re looking for a Accounting Clerk to join our team and play a key role in supporting client billing, financial reporting, and audit readiness. Reporting to the Director, Finance, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing the full accounting cycle, and ensuring accuracy in client invoicing and reporting. Manage contract billing vs.

Prepare client invoices, credit notes, and detailed reporting · Ensure all invoices include accurate PO and contract references · Maintain and update billing and project reporting daily · Review project setups in LIMS/Elims (milestones, values, currencies) · Lead collections activities — AR statements, follow-ups, escalations · Assist with audit coordination to ensure timely,
