Business Analysis & Functional Strategy (BSA Focus)Discovery & Requirements: Lead workshops with financial stakeholders (Wealth Managers, Advisors, Compliance, Operations) to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and document business processes.Process Mapping & Documentation: Translate complex financial needs into functional specifications, User Stories, process flows, and Data Models.FSC Best Practices: Act as a functional expert to advocate for Out‑of‑the‑Box (OOTB) FSC functionality over custom code to ensure sustainability.Agile Delivery: Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.FSC Configuration: Hands‑on configuration of FSC data models,
